The terms, in plain words.

What you are buying, how you pay, and how you get your money back. Short on purpose. A person wrote it and a person answers questions about it: 702-544-2002.

Seven-day money back. If you want your money back, you get it.

Ask within seven days of paying, from the address you paid with — refunds@warrantwire.com or 702-544-2002. We ask one thing back: tell us what was wrong. A sentence is enough; nothing you write can lose you the refund. A person replies, and the money goes back the way it came. The full policy: pay.warrantwire.com/refunds.

Please write to us before you call your bank. A chargeback costs everyone a fee and teaches nobody anything; an email gets you the same money faster, and tells us what to fix.

Who you are dealing with

8K10Q is built and run by Mark Nejmeh through Jersey Shore Const LLC, 377 Valley Rd, Clifton, New Jersey 07013 — realroofers@gmail.com, 702-544-2002. That is the name on your card statement's other end and the name that answers the telephone.

What you are buying

A filing read in plain English, an opinion on it, a year of reading, a deep dive, a watch on a company. Each is delivered to the email you paid with.

A read is for you alone

A read is licensed to you alone, for your own use. You may not share, forward, copy, resell or post it, in whole or in part, in the room or anywhere else. The red flags on a room are free for everyone; the read behind them is not.

Opinions, not advice

Everything here is a named person's reading of public filings and their opinion of what the filings show. It is not investment, legal or financial advice; nothing here alleges that anyone broke any law; and a name change, a reverse split or a warrant is a fact from the record, not an accusation. Decide for yourself, or with someone licensed to advise you.

How you pay

Cards go through Stripe. Stripe's page takes the card; we never see or store your card number. Your statement reads TS 8K10Q. Bank payments go through achplug.com, our own ACH software: you approve once, your bank sends it, no card company in the middle. Nothing is charged without your press.

What we keep, and what we never do

We keep what a sale needs: your name, your email, what you bought, when, and what it cost. Where a site asks for more — a telephone, a town, a picture — the page says why before you type it. Nothing about you is sold, rented or handed to an advertiser. Every email we send has a way to stop it.

If something goes wrong

Write first. We answer within a working day, usually sooner. If we cannot agree, the law of New Jersey applies and the courts of Passaic County are the place; but in years of this we have never needed them, because the refund above solves almost everything.

Changes

When these words change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a promise you bought under.
