The 8K10Q Army
Shareholders who read the filings, vote the proxy and show up at the shareholder meeting, to make a better and more transparent market. We cannot be led to slaughter any longer. The equity markets are too important for jobs and our future.
You’re in if you attend. Attend the shareholder meeting of a company you own, in person or online, tell us you were there, and you’re on the muster roll. No fee. No rank. No application.
Where and when is the meeting? We mark every meeting: virtual only or overseas is a red mark. Can’t get there? We go for you, at cost, and ask your questions.
How you get in
- Own the stock on the meeting’s record date, so you are entitled to attend and vote. The company’s proxy statement gives the date, the time and how to join.
- Attend the meeting, in person or online.
- Tell us with the form below: the company, the date, and how you attended.
- The desk puts you on the muster roll, under your real name, with the meetings you’ve attended.
The rules
- Real name only. Same as the room: no anonymous members.
- Show up, then speak. Read the proxy before the meeting, vote your shares, and ask your question if there is a Q&A.
- Facts, not threats. Ask about what the company filed. No harassment of anyone, in the meeting or outside it.
- Never share your control number or your broker login, not with us and not with anyone. We will never ask for it.
- Each meeting counts. You stay on the roll with every meeting you attend.
